11:30 to 12:30   Networking luncheon with US and Canadian venture capitalists and industry experts. Speaker: 10minutes


1:00  to 5:30pm       Company pitches to expert panels (8-minute pitch/12-minute feedback)

 

5:30 to 7:00        Networking Reception for all attendees

Session topics include:

• What does it mean to go international?

• How to effectively present the market problem, the opportunity and your solution.

• Sales channel strategies. Who to trust and not to trust.

• How to present your evaluation of the competition.

• How to pitch to investors and partners.

Pitching Session to Investment Professionals Panel

• 10 minute company pitch to local and US experts

• 5+ minute immediate pitch feedback by the Panel

• Top companies will be invited to participate in “next steps” in the US

Luncheon and evening networking events

• Opportunity to mingle and chat with local and US-based investors, participants and entrepreneurs in an informal setting

• Unwind after an intense day of preparation and presentations

Next steps for selected, eligible companies will be the opportunity to participate in custom aftercare programs in Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, San Diego, New York, Denver and Tokyo.
